All of our products are handmade in our studio and packaged with love just for you. However, should you require your package to be couriered to you, we cannot control how it is handled once it’s left our studio. If you happen to receive damaged items, please send us an email within 5 working days. We’ll happily replace your order, but please note that you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
Exchanges and Returns
We meticulously check all products before they leave our studio, but all items are handmade and sometimes small mistakes do happen. If you receive an incorrect, broken or damaged item, we’ll happily send you a new product at no cost. If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, please email us at email@example.com. Items returned or exchanged must be unused, with no additional damage. All returns need to be made within 5 working days, and you will be responsible for shipping costs.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any colour variation, between on-screen and real life products, as unfortunately all computer monitors display colours slightly differently.
Handcrafted with love
All of our products are made locally by hand, and this means that slight variations may occur. Please also note that all items are created per order, so please allow 5-10 working days for your order to be created.
We accept payment via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) for orders within South Africa. If you are an international client, your payments can be made via PayPal or EFT, however, please note that additional transfer fees will be for your own account. Please use your invoice reference number as your reference when making payment, and kindly send through a proof of payment. We will process your order upon receipt of payment.
All items will be sent via a reliable overnight courier service once complete. If you are located in a main area of South Africa, you will receive your package the next day; outlying areas will receive it within 1-3 days. Your courier fee will be determined based on weight, size, and your location. We cannot deliver to any postal box addresses, and we’ll need a physical address and your contact details for all orders within South Africa. Please note that no deliveries will be made within the Durban area. If you are based locally in Durban, you are welcome to collect from our studio (by appointment only).
